    Overall nice information, just two notes though. The ghee referenced in the
    Ayurvedic texts that stokes agni and has medicinal properties is made from
    cultured butter – it is not just a do as you please affair if you want to
    practice this as a science. Also only eat for a dosha if you have an
    imbalance, not just because you think that is your body type – follow
    seasonal regimes otherwise which will keep doshas in check naturally per
    the classical recommendations in the ancient texts.
