  3. Made my own kale, celery, lemon, cucumber and ginger root. Tasted like
    absolute shit but downed 3 whole glasses. Gonna try stick to this and make
    my body adapt.

  6. I tried coconut water for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I hated
    it. Almost spat it straight back out. So disappointed. What else could you
    put in the smoothie to make it runnier?x

    That’s similar to how I make mine. Coconut Water, Spinach, Banana,
    Cucumber, and Green Apple. I also like to freeze my spinach.
