  1. You are very good at explaining. I learned much more on this video than
other videos explaining how to cook pasta čÖé Thank You´╗┐

  2. First of all, you definitely do NOT need that big of a pot or that much
water for the relatively small amount of pasta shown here. And you didn’t
put 2T of salt in there either. I wouldn’t call that a ‘generous’ amount
of salt for what looks like 2 gallons of water. And what type of pasta was
it? Regular spaghetti, thin spaghetti, vermicelli?? I’m not cooking these
thinner noodles for 8 minutes, that’s for sure.´╗┐

  3. How do you prepare your pasta for business purposes? Let’s say someone
orders a dish that has pasta, how do you reheat it and keep it nicely
preserved for the next order? ´╗┐

  4. I’ve always had a hard time making the final judgement on whether my pasta
is ready or not so this was very helpful thank you!´╗┐

  5. VERY INTELLIGENT!! You didn’t say anything about adding olive oil: 2
schools of thought: don’t add and/or it will keep pasta from sticking
together= WHAT IS YOU PREFERENCE AND WHY?? THANKS!!´╗┐

  6. You gotta be kidding me, certified chef????? Don’t listen to her, just to
give you an idea….she put way too little salt for all that water. Don’t
use hot water because the debree off your pipes will come
    off……please!!!!!!!!!!!!! Americans just can’t grasp!!

  7. @Giovanni Prioriello Stop with the soap opera. If you believe you know
better upload your own video and leave this nice woman alone. I tried it
and my pasta came out perfect. Maybe your technique will be just as good.
