  1. Hi Madhura, This was the first time we tried quinoa n thanks to your recipe
we love quinoa now… Not really sure what’s it called in Hindi but
wondered if its available in India and by what name?? Thanks a lot

  2. How much of the red chili powder, turmeric powder & Pav Bhaji Masala powder
do you add to the mix? A TB of each? Anxious to make this looks really
    tasty

  3. I am not Indian, but I enjoy Indian cuisine (Punjabi cuisine in particular)
and I like quinoa. I wondered if quinoa would go well with Indian cuisine,
but now I am glad I came across this video.

    almost all big city stores

  5. Thanks for this recipe. One small suggestion. It is not good to use the
Stainless steel spoons or forks in a non stick cookwares.

  6. Why didn’t you use a non stick pan instead of this tawa, it would have
taken less time and better to use while cooking?

  7. please tel me what is quinoa normally called ??does it have any other
name??where can i buy it in delhi???
